Beer League Hockey Inc. 


Beer League Hockey Practice operates to provide participants with an organized environment to learn the game of hockey and improve their skills. We collect personal information during the registration process, as well as through opt-ins through our newsletter. The following outlines our commitment to keep your data safe, and what data we collect in general. 

The personal information we collect from our members includes the following:

  • Name 

  • Email 

  • Postal Code 

  • Skill level 

  • Jersey size 

  • Hockey story 

We also collect payment information through a third party during the registration process. That third party is called “Stripe”, and although we have access to when, how, and how much you paid, Stripe does not give us the ability to access your full payment information. Beer League Hockey Inc cannot access your full credit card number, only the final 4 digits.

When you register, or join our mailing list, you’re welcome to unsubscribe at any time, but that may affect our ability to communicate important information about the events you registered for, changes to scheduling, or other pertinent information. 

When someone visits www.beerleaguehockeypractice.com the website automatically collects information like IP address, browser type, time spent on site, and device details. 

Beer League Hockey Inc does not collect personal information such as social insurance number, race, drivers license, political associations, criminal background, or your favourite NHL team.  

We only collect your information for the purpose of making sure you’re able to take full advantage of everything Beer League Hockey Inc has to offer. This includes:

  • Creating and maintaining an account with us 

  • Completing your transactions 

  • Fulfilling a purchase 

  • Customer service requests 

  • Communicating our promotions and registration opportunities

  • Contacting you regarding updates to our company policies 

  • Sourcing feedback from you to help us improve our services 

The data we collect from you will be stored indefinitely. If you wish to have your account deleted, this can be done on request. If you wish to no longer receive marketing communications from us, you may unsubscribe from our digital communications at any time by following the “unsubscribe” links at the bottom of our emails, or by writing to us directly at info@beerleaguehockeypractice.com 

We do not use proprietary software, so all of your information is stored, collected, and made safe by the companies we trust to maintain their reputations of being safe and secure. These companies include Google, Squarespace, and Stripe.
